The client approached us to initially look at a strategy to acquire new patients for their private practice.

It became clear early on that a full brand strategy was needed to improve their connection and awareness with both referring GPs and specialists and the end user of the service, the patients.
​
We undertook a strategy session to deeply understand their nuances and were able to suggest several major changes to the brand including a new shortened name and friendlier, modern visual appearance.

The new brand was taken on board and rolled out across all their existing signage, uniforms and collateral.
A brand campaign was developed to launch the new brand and ran across social media and print publications that target a medical professional audience.

Overall the new brand was accepted well by all and an increase in marketing activity brought improved success by working to a strategy rather than taking ad-hoc opportunities.
